The painfull shoulder of the athletes

Abstract

Overuse injuries of the shoulder joint are common to athletes who perform repeated arm movements above the horizontal level. The aim of this study was to establish the incidence of overuse injuries in shoulder joint, for the group of subjects under research and to determine the correlation or the association degree between this pathology incidence and the values of some physiological and functional indicators characteristic to specific effort.
