Abstract.

Return of blood at lower limb has a cardiopet, from surface to deep depends of pressure difference. Our study using duplex color tries to present some aspects about reflux on some segments in correlation with the contraction force of the muscle, isotonic contraction or isometric contraction, that we meet at some athletes. The records have been made in dorsal decubit, orthostatism and orthodynamism. Material and method: The study has included 28 athletes that participate to sport activity and that have an overuse of muscle venous pumps. We used Doppler echography for assessment the points of venous reflux.
Results: It wasn’t taken in consideration the constitutional biotype and we observed that a venous reflux exists at perforates shank (VpG10 /28) and at femoral- saphen junction (JSF5/28). Insufficiency of VpG and of JSF are frequently (15/28) and are most present in sports that involve an important and unexpected increase of intrabdominal pressure. Disorders of valvular system after hydraulic shock can be supported by venous wall that can be hyperplasic because a great speed of blood flux exists. Venous flux is not changed in relation with respiratory activity comparative with the martor lot.
Conclusions: These reflux sources can become the origin of chronic venous diseases of lower limb.
